Detailed Description

Create magnetic declination table from UTM coordinates in degrees
Requires `pip install docopt numpy utm`

Usage:
    makedeclinationtable.py <easting> <northing> <zone> <letter>

Arguments:
    easting   UTM Easting of the site
    northing  UTM Northing of the site
    zone      UTM zone
    letter    UTM letter
